I had just ordered this morning and the delivery was made only a few hours afterwards. The arrangement I had ordered was out of season, however, the order that was made instead was EVEN BETTER! The recipient was so happy and pleased with how beautiful the gift was. Hi,

I pre-ordered a flower delivery for my wife on Valentine's Day, but she wasn't feeling well and called in sick to work (where I planned the delivery) the day of. Even on the busiest day of the year, Viktor accommodated to change the delivery address, and my wife got a Valentines/feel better surprise. Plus the flowers look way nicer than any other deliveries I've ordered. I will be going here for my flowers from now on.

Last week I ordered a flower arrangement to be delivered to someone in the hospital. This particular person also especially likes Coke and O'Henry bars. I had asked Viktor if he could possibly pick up those two items and deliver them along with the flowers. He was most wonderful to accommodate this request. Hi Viktor,
I just want to tell you how pleased I am with your service. When I ordered flowers to be delivered on Mother's Day, my mother was so impressed with the delivery person and the pride that he took in the product by giving her instructions on how to best care for the flowers. Now on Father's Day, I made a very late order for a Vegetable Basket and it was delivered within two hours. The vegetables were apparently so fresh and beautiful, I only wish I had sent one to myself. Thank you for your excellent service.
